A bit about me:
I’m a late diagnosed neurodivergent human with a love of dogs (especially my pitbull Gravy, seen above) and songs that have kept Spotify naming my overall vibe “Pink Pilates Princess” for multiple years in a row.
I graduated from OSU’s College of Social Work, but please don’t ask me a single thing about football (or how it even works). I got my BFA at Columbus College of Art in Design where I focused on fine arts and art therapy, and realized I wanted to pursue a masters to become a therapist.
I’ve done a lot of my own work in therapy around accommodating my sensory and social needs, as well as setting boundaries and learning to unmask, and I’m really passionate about helping others gain that experience.
I’m going to guess that if you made it this far, you’re tired of therapist shopping and want to find a therapist who gets you. I may not always have the same lived experiences as you, but my framework lends itself really well to knowing where you might be coming from, and how to help. And if I don’t, we can work together to figure it out.
So many of us are struggling with balancing our nervous system’s needs along with work, rest, and the chaos of a world that doesn’t feel like it was made for us sometimes.
Go ahead and take your time reading everything on my website, I know it’s a lot, and that choosing a therapist is a big deal. When you feel ready, send me a message and we can get started!
