About me

Welcome!

My name is Lauren. I’m a late diagnosed neurodivergent human with a variety of special interests such as dogs, the queens of Drag Race, neurodivergence itself, and finding the best breakfast sandwich in Columbus. I graduated from OSU’s College of Social Work, but please don’t ask me a single thing about football, ever.

I’ve done a lot of my own work in therapy around accommodating my sensory and social needs, as well as setting boundaries and learning to unmask, and I’m really passionate about helping others having that experience.

I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that if you made it here, you fit into one of the above categories and are looking for a therapist who gets you. I may not always have shared lived experiences with you, but my framework lends itself really well to knowing where you might be coming from, and how to help.

So many of us are struggling with balancing our own unique nervous system’s needs along with work, rest, and the chaos of a world that doesn’t feel like it was made for us sometimes.

Go ahead and take your time reading everything on my website, I know it’s a lot, and that choosing a therapist is a big deal. When you feel ready, send me a message and we can get started!
