Helping Neurodivergent Folks Get Out of Burnout and Build Systems That Work
I know what it’s like to feel like everyone else has it together while you’re just trying to keep up.
You’re not bad at being neurotypical, we simply have systems in place that aren’t built with neurodivergence in mind.
You don’t need to be more productive or keep pushing through. You need support that works with your brain, rather than masking or camouflaging harder.
With 15+ years of experience, I can help you:
•begin to recover from burnout and overwhelm
•accommodate your day to day rather than trying to push through
•build simple but effective systems that fit your sensory and social needs
•recognize red flags for overwhelm before you the next boom and bust cycle
We aren’t wired to do this alone, despite societal messaging.
Reach out, and let’s work together to build tools that help you feel less overwhelmed and more like you.
Who I Work With

Values Statement
I believe therapy is inherently political.
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision designation (LISW-S), I follow the NASW Code of Ethics regarding my commitment to social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion in my practice.
This includes commitment to the well-being, privacy, and autonomy of my clients, as well as promoting the importance of human relationships and community.
This ethical responsibility also means I choose to use evidence based practices such as gender affirming care for trans and gender non-conforming adults to guarantee equitable services to the communities I serve.
