Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervisory designation (LISW-S) in Columbus, Ohio, where I obtained a Masters in Social Work from Ohio State University
I have a background in Art Therapy and Fine Arts with a Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) from Columbus College of Art and Design
I work extensively with those who have a history of trauma, including complex or chronic PTSD (C-PTSD), and seek out new info and training on an ongoing basis to stay up to date on the science of trauma
I hold myself accountable to providing quality gender affirming care to trans, non-binary, and other gender expansive clients, including WPATH letters for gender affirming surgeries
I have well over a decade of experience teaching meditation and mindfulness and weave it into my therapy practice that is accessible to all neurotypes.
I celebrate neurodiversity, and welcome and affirm clients of all neurotypes. I’m also autistic and have ADHD, which means I self-advocate, as well as seek out training and new info on neurodivergent issues on an ongoing basis
