When working with me, you can expect a holistic approach that addresses the unique person you are. Everyone needs something a little bit different, and there is no one perfect therapy intervention!
As a neurodivergent therapist, I connect best with later-in-life diagnosed (self-diagnosis is valid!) adults with conditions such as Autism, OCD, ADHD and more, to help them learn to manage their unique symptoms with self-compassion and acceptance. I do not offer “hacks” to help you become more productive, when this is likely not the root problem in a society focused on hyper-productivity at the cost of our health.
I am also always happy to conduct assessments for WPATH letters of endorsement for gender affirming procedures for trans and gender nonconforming individuals, in addition to writing these letters. I understand the frustration of needing to jump through these hoops, and strive to make it the most gentle and easy process possible. I also understand that it has been a scary time to be trans/GNC in Ohio, and do my best to keep up with what the State government is doing to try to change access to gender-affirming services.
